After graduating from the University of Nevada School of Medicine at Reno, he completed residency in Anesthesiology at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston Texas. He continued his education and training by completing a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Loma Linda University Health System at Loma Linda California. His dedication to education and training has prepared him with the knowledge and skills to provide the highest quality of care for his patients. Dr. Gitelis specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic injuries with extensive experience in minimally invasive treatment. Dr. Gitelis comes to Las Vegas from Chicago, Illinois and is excited to move west to be closer to his daughters and grandson. Dr. Gitelis attended Chicago Medical School, finished his residency at Rush Medical Center, and completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine at Michigan State’s Ingham Medical Center.
